What are boundaries and why are they so important in creating healthy relationships? Whether at work, in partnerships, friendships or family relationships, the ability to develop and respectfully communicate your own personal boundaries effectively is a vital component in building stronger, healthy connections. In this drop-in workshop, women will learn skills to enable them to evaluate the effectiveness of their current boundaries, identify various boundary types, and identify methods to enhance or create boundaries.
